Privacy Policy

This privacy and cookie policy describes the principles of handling personal data and using cookies and other technologies within the Administrator’s websites.

 

I. General information

1. Personal data is collected and processed via the www.investrealty.pl website in the event of your voluntary submission and consent to their processing. The information received is processed for the purposes of:

  • response to a request for quotation,
  • providing information about new offers,
  • providing proper customer service,
  • administration of customer data,
  • administration of the website and improving the quality of services,
  • marketing purposes and conducting market research.

2. Subject to further provisions of these regulations regarding cookies and similar technologies such as local storage, your personal data is processed in the scope of:

  • name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number,
  • address of residence, delivery address,
  • data regarding an identity document,

3. The administrator of your personal data obtained via the www.investrealty.pl website is Invest Realty sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań 60-605 Poznań at ul. Litewska 3/3 [Administrator].

II. Privacy protection

1. The Administrator processes information concerning users of the www.investrealty.pl website, including information of a personal nature, in compliance with the provisions of law in force in this respect, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), Journal of Laws EU L 119/1 of 04.05.2016 [GDPR] and the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000), as well as the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended), with the application of the security measures required by law.

2. The legal basis for the processing of personal data by the Administrator is, as a rule, the user’s consent granted in the course of submitting an inquiry using one of the forms placed on the website www.investrealty.pl. The User may withdraw the consent granted at any time, in writing to the address of the Personal Data Administrator or by e-mail to the address: biuro@investrealty.pl. However, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. In addition, the legal basis for the processing of personal data by the Administrator may be the implementation of the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR).

3. The Administrator reserves the right to disclose selected information about the user to authorities or third parties who submit a request for such information, based on an appropriate legal basis. Apart from the cases indicated in the previous sentence and in points two and three, information about the user will not be disclosed to any third party without the user’s consent.

4. Each User has the right to submit a request to the Administrator of personal data: to provide full information about the processing of personal data; to rectify personal data; to permanently delete them; to limit their processing; to transfer their personal data – and the Administrator of personal data will comply with the given request if the statutory conditions for its use are met. These rights may be exercised by the user by sending a request to the address of the registered office of the Administrator of personal data or to the e-mail address: biuro@investrealty.pl.

In the event of deletion of data that condition the use of separate resources of the service and services offered within it, the user loses the possibility of using them. The User provides their personal data voluntarily.

5. If the User believes that the processing of their personal data by the Administrator violates the provisions of the law, they are entitled to file a complaint at any time with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. The complaint is free of charge.

6. We undertake that without additional consent, we will not share your personal data with companies or third parties. The company’s employees are obliged to maintain confidentiality and protect your personal data through appropriate contractual provisions.

7. The website does not monitor or verify information on the age of users. Contact information from people visiting the www.investrealty.pl website, such as e-mail addresses, is used in accordance with the purpose for which it was obtained. Minors who have not reached the age of 16 should not send any information or subscribe to services provided by our service without the knowledge and consent of their parents or legal guardians.

8. Detailed and information regarding the processing of personal data of users is provided to them immediately after their personal data is collected. It is also available at the website address.

III. Cookies

1. The website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookie files.

2. Cookies files (so-called “cookies”) are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored on the User’s end device and are intended for using websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time of their storage on the end device and a unique number.

3. The entity placing cookies on the User’s end device and obtaining access to them is the Administrator.

4. Cookies are used to create statistics that help understand how Users use the website, which allows for improving their structure and content;

Two basic types of cookies are used within the website: “session” (session cookies) and “permanent” (persistent cookies). “Session” cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s end device until they leave the website or disable the software (internet browser). “Permanent” cookies are stored on the User’s end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

6. The following types of cookies are used within the website:

  • cookies that enable the collection of information on how websites are used;
